Benevolence

Benevolence walks with kindness, gentleness, mercy, understanding.  Love covers a multitude of sins and benevolence binds the wounds for healing.  Benevolence is the most lovely creature imaginable.  Benevolence is a beautiful woman walking strong and clear, as clear as day.  There is no angst...not muddy....clear vision.  Benevolence knows purity.  Benevolence is the heart of God.  Benevolence soothes my soul today. 

The news media and others capture my life with words that create ugliness in my mind.  Words are powerful, so, I will counteract this negative force with my own comforting words each day.
So today I will begin with a list of words I'd like to write about...These words soothe my soul when they roll off of my tongue.

Benevolence
Mercy
Kindness
Wisdom
Sweetness
Honey
Purity
Snow
Tenderness

Many times I find myself searching the web for comforting words and thoughts, and I can't find them. So, I will now begin writing my own comforting blog. More mornings than not, I awaken ill at ease, uncomfortable in my own skin......afraid.  Words pour into my mind, images attached and fear right on their tails....Fear.  Fear, not love, dominates my being.....and when I trace the words back in Byron Katie fashion, asking the questions as the "thoughts arise".....they slowly unwind their grip around my heart, and eventually slink off into the darkness from whence they came.

I am particularly effected by words....The news media is filled with words that quickly undo my joy.  I will write words to counteract this effect.  This will be my daily dose of goodness for the day.
